Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate the process effortlessly:

Kick-off by selecting your jewelry piece out of your favorite collections:

Select your favorite piece to customize, our master jewelers have crafted timeless, elegant designs for you to select and begin your customization journey.

Step-by-Step Guide:

(1/5) Choose your Font and Custom Name: 

The font can be selected by a simple click on your favorite option out of the ones pictured. Select from cursive fonts, all-caps, non-caps or "tiny" (our special baby bracelet font). 

Now you can select your custom name. The name by default is set to "PERSN", and is waiting for you to customize it to your liking. Select a Letter from the onscreen alphabet. After you select a letter, the configurator advances to the next letter automatically and overwrites the default. If you wish to correct a mistake, use the backspace button on the onscreen keyboard or select the letter field with a click/finger tap and overwrite the field by choosing a new letter.

(2/5) Select the jewelry material desired:

We offer a wide variety of options of the finest materials to produce your custom piece and are able to accommodate for every taste, preference and budget. Select from silver, 9-carat gold, 14-carat gold or 18-carat gold as the base material of your piece.

(3/5) Select the stones settings desired: 

We know a fine gold piece does not need anything else to stand out, but who can resist a little Bling?

Step 3/5 allows the selection of stones to set into the jewelry piece. Select from beautiful zirconia in various colors, elegant natural diamonds and even trendy lab diamonds in their purest brilliance.

Every change and selection made is visualized in Real-Time with our 3-D configurator. Watch your design come to life as you make adjustments. The real-time 3D rendering lets you view your creation from every angle, ensuring you’re satisfied with every detail before finalizing.

By default, all letters are pre-selected, and choosing a stone setting will add the stones to all letters. By clicking/tapping on the individual letters, you can select individual customization per letter.

(4/5) Select chain type and length: 

The details matter to us as much as to you. That is why the customization journey goes as far as the selection of the chain type and length. Only perfect is good enough to us at PERSN. 

Select your favorite chain type and select your desired chain length. You can determine the correct necklace length by measuring one of your own necklaces that matches the look you want. If you do not have a suitable necklace at hand, you can find the right length with the help of a string by placing it around your neck and determining the best length for you.

Please note that our chain lengths refer to the total length, i.e. including name / lettering.

(5/5) Review and Order: 

The customization journey is complete. You will be asked to review all your choices to confirm accuracy. Our configurator provides a summary of your custom piece, including pricing and estimated delivery time. When you’re ready, place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest. 

You have the option of selecting a different delivery address than your billing address, as well as marking your piece as a present so that we package it accordingly.
